Ellen is currently working as the Career Development Director for the MMCi and Master of Biostatistics programs at the Duke School of Medicine. Previously, she was an Executive Coach for 15 years at the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and Director of MBA Resources at the College of Management of NC State University. She launched the Career Center and developed and taught the groundbreaking Managerial and Career Effectiveness course. Using traditional methods well as e-learning techniques and streaming video she taught graduate business students vital communication, leadership and business etiquette skills to ensure their success in Corporate America. In addition, she created and taught specialized programs to international students to help them integrate into American business and understand the cultural difference between their home countries and the U.S. She consistently receives rave reviews from clients and corporations alike.
