MeChelle Lewis is a professional speaker who helps individuals shift their minds beyond perceived limitations. A 2008 Track & Field Olympian, MeChelle uses her journey of fear, risk, and triumph, when pursuing her Olympic vision, to help others strengthen their ability to adapt and endure.
A speaker sought out by organizations and corporate groups, MeChelle has a passion and message of fortitude that inspires a wide range of audiences. She labels herself, a “change agent,” using her platform to inspire others to acknowledge, understand and reach their full potential. She offers clinic instruction, workshops, and is currently working on projects to help athletes emotionally cope during life after sports, including her “After the Hype” blog.
