Annelies brings 33 years of career experience to helping leaders and those they serve, traverse the gaps of uncertainty with courage, creativity and grace. Her gifts of intuition, presence and deep listening inform her work, as well as extensive study.

Influencing change at all levels from micro to macro, she coaches one-to-one, facilitates groups, leads retreats, and inspires many as a speaker. Her work is influenced and inspired by the sciences of positive psychology, expressive arts, and integrative health and wellness.
