Greetings, my name is Natalie Gidney-Cole. I am a licensed clinical social worker, a Duke trained and certified integrative health coach and the founder of NRG-Coaching, PLLC. With over 25 years of experience working with individuals, children, adolescents and families, I understand the importance of effective intervention in supporting sustainable change and overall well-being. I am passionate about helping others reach their point of self-actualization - which is a fancy way of saying, "living your best life, now."
