This social event involves getting our bodies moving. Join us for a NIA Class.
Nia combines dance, martial arts and mindfulness, toning your body while transforming your mind. Nia is a holistic fitness practice addressing each aspect of your life - body, mind and soul. ... it is non-impact, practiced barefoot, and adaptable to individual needs and abilities.

Location: ADF Studio: 715 Broad St. Durham
Cost: $10 - To be paid at the class. Cash is best!
What to bring: water bottle and small towel. The cool-down will be on the floor so you can bring a yoga mat or large towel if you would like.
The Whole Foods is next door and there is also a bakery around the corner if we want to grab a coffee afterwards (and maybe a scone? We worked off the calories, right?)
We do need you to register, if you are planning to attend so we can have a headcount.
