In light of the COVID-19 pandemic and public health officials' encouragement for social distancing, this event will be presented online. The $10 charge goes to our scholarship fund.
What if you could convince yourself that the most productive thing you could do with tomorrow was to play? Not just a little bit, but with full bodied, deeply joyful, grab-your-people-and-lose-track-of-time abandon?
And what if doing this (having playful fun!) with discipline, on a regular basis could help you change your life, your home, your work, and y/our world for the better?
Maia Dery will share an entertaining, engaging, beautifully illustrated narrative that weaves together contemporary research into crucial the role of play in adult lives, the importance of radical reclamation of your time, and what she’s learned during a life of playful immersion in water and oceanic wisdom.
