Building Stress Resiliency & Accepting What Is

Webinar with Jeanie Y. Chang,
LMFT, CCTP Founder, Your Change Provider, PLLC

It’s definitely a time of uncertainty and it is understandable that we are worried, stressed, and even scared.

To gain strength from our resilience (we all have it), we can keep fighting to gain back normalcy as we define it or accept our current situation (even embrace it!) and adapt with it. The latter is effective in de-stressing to tolerate distress needed for stress resiliency.

Join Jeanie Y. Chang - a licensed mental health clinician and corporate wellness coach who specializes in anxiety, depression, and trauma - to engage in strategic mindfulness with a solution-focused perspective to accept what is.

1. Identify mindful anxiety and its elements.
2. Understand how to hold a solution-focused perspective.
3. Learn two strategic mindfulness skills and two solution-focused techniques.

***The dial-in number will be emailed to registrants prior to the event.***
