MEET OUR HOST, Lori Osborne
As a lifelong spiritual seeker and wellness enthusiast, Lori’s love for artistic expression through movement began at age 5 where she began taking dance classes. She continued her passion for movement arts, eventually serving as the Assistant Director of the dance team at Peace College during her last two years of college, with a concentration on contemporary dance.

A shift into the corporate world led Lori to lead a global wellness program in a large global technology company for more than eight years. Eventually Lori discovered yoga, which satisfied the need for physical movement, but also a newfound tool which led to a practice of mindfulness, stillness and a deeper connection to spirituality.

For Lori, yoga is empowering, life changing, and community -- that is what keeps her coming back to the mat. Feeling called to deepen her yoga practice and share that passion with others, Lori received training as a yoga teacher from Blue Lotus of Raleigh, NC.

In addition to yoga, Lori is currently employed at Marbles Kids Museum as the Vice President of People. Lori has received formal training and moonlights in several wellness and healing modalities such as: Spiritual & Wellness Coaching, Reiki, Crystal Energy, and Meditation. She lives in Raleigh, NC with her husband, two children, two cats, one dog, and a bearded dragon.
