Imagine going into a hard conversation with your colleague, family member, or service provider. Now imagine you feel confident you can generate a positive outcome for all. That’d be a game changer, right?
Difficult conversations can build up slowly or crop up suddenly in your personal or professional life, turning struggling, manageable or even excellent relationships into sources of stress and dread.
As a highly competent woman, you may default to handling such challenges on your own. This seemingly strong choice can quickly lead to feelings of agitation and overwhelm, zapping your productivity and sense of peace. An effective approach is vital to accomplishing your goals.
During this talk, Crisis Navigation Partner™ Debra Woog will deliver 3 key strategies to help you:
-save precious time and energy
-feel less stress and isolation
-communicate more effectively
While uncomfortable discussions may seem inevitable, how you deal with them fundamentally shapes your experience.
