Speakers Bio:


My name is Jill Badalati and I am a Resilience and Performance Coach. As a certified HeartMath Trainer and Sound Facilitator, I incorporate both modalities to help individuals improve their overall health and wellbeing. 

I will discuss the importance of understanding that our heart is the access point to our higher self and how to apply highly effective practical solutions for building and sustaining resilience using HeartMath techniques. The heart centered tools that I will teach are easy and accessible in changing our frequency so that our physical, mental and emotional systems are in balanced alignment.
