We rarely have control over the changes that are foisted on us at work.  Yet, our job can require changes in our behavior, competency or attitude!

The way a person navigates transition and change at work can translate into the difference between career success and failure.

On Tuesday September 25 Dr. Hope Hills, licensed psychologist and President of Circle Consulting Group, will be share her tips for grabbing on to the steering wheel! She will share how we CAN take control of our own reactions and shape the reactions of those around us to not only make the ride less harried, but create a better situation as a result.

Attend and you'll learn:

  • The three stages we go through in every transition.
  • How to recognize the danger zones and navigate them for positive results
  • How to use our reactions to map our personal red flags
  • How to recognize when we have arrived at our new destination and planning how to stay there long enough to be ready for the next change.
