Karen is an accomplished HR leader with 20 years of experience in leadership coaching, organizational development, and cultural transformation.

Karen’s career spans a wide range of organizations, from small nonprofits to Fortune 120 companies, where she has rebuilt HR functions, strengthened organizational cultures, and developed training programs that empower teams to thrive. Her expertise in developing talent, driving process improvement, and supporting strategic goals has been invaluable to organizations across many industries though her heart remains in nonprofits.
