Bio:
Amanda Lentz is a breast cancer survivor, speaker, and host of Who We Become — Life Beyond Change, a podcast about identity, resilience, and the courageous work of rebuilding after life takes an unexpected turn. Diagnosed at 34, Amanda turned her experience into a keynote platform focused on the season survivorship culture rarely addresses: what comes after the all-clear. She holds three graduate degrees — in Training & Development, Business Administration (MBA), and Applied Industrial & Organizational Psychology — and works as a Human Resources Business Partner supporting leaders through strategic transformation. Her talks blend lived authority with professional frameworks, creating space for the complex, unfinished work of becoming. Amanda is based in Apex, NC.
